FCS Fusion
FCS created the Fusion because of a
need for a high quality, easy to install system, that can be installed
under the fiberglass (as preferred by boards using new technologies such
as EPS). This also provides the consumer a higher performing fin system
that fits the worlds largest range of premium fins. Center Plug
The insert provides a base of high density foam. This helps disperse any
forces on the plug. It provides a solid base so the plug does not rotate
or sink into the foam. This is especially evident in EPS blanks of low
densities.
The slots in the Fusion plugs are slightly elongated which allows slight
fore and aft movement of the fins, this is great for fine tuning the
performance of the board.

FCS GLASS FLEX COMPOSITE FIN SETS

Glass flex has been formulated to replicate the flex and
memory properties of laminated fiberglass. Its advantages over other
composite fin materials include stiffness, amore positive flex pattern
(nice tip flex, little base flex) and remarkable flex memory. The
precision of the injection molding process ensures the highest accuracy
in geometry in each fin produced.

core in a shock absorbing elastomere outer coating, FCS has
created a unique, proven high performance fin with enhanced
safety characteristics. The softer edges not only absorb some
impact force, but also allow foe subtle changes in the fins'
foil in response to water flow, smoothing the fins feel through
turns. |

The new M.R TFX features a pair
of twin fins and a small stabilizer in the set. The look and
quality is amazing. The fins are made of fiberglass so the
performance and flex have the same feel as a glassed-on fin. MR
was clearly focused on creating a set of fins with good holding
power and lots of drive. The template has more rake than the
original, to negate the slide and to improve the fins drive
and holding power. Even though the fins have been principally
designed for the MRs Super Twins with the stabilizers
included, we feel they are very adaptable, and will suit a wide
range of boards from 5'6"-6'8" including fishes, and
especially in twin fins, without the stabilizer. |
With enhanced speed, lift,
drive and stability, the 3D will take the performance of your
standard thruster set up to a new dimension. It
harnesses FCS's innovative construction technology and offers a
new dimension in performance. Because the fin's unique tip is
parallel to the board's surface, the 3D holds speed during
on-rail surfing where traditional fins can pop or stall,
delivering extra squirt in the second half of your turns. The
tip also increases lift and stability, helping you glide over
flat sections and increasing control in broken water. |
